Soup with chicken wings
Description
This is a very hearty and delicious soup that my kids absolutely love. Before this, we had a hard time with soups—we couldn't even eat a spoonful without arguments. But with this soup, they even ask for seconds. I highly recommend it. Very easy, quick, and tasty. Ladle into bowls and serve.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Place the wings in a heated pan with oil over medium heat and fry until golden brown.
- 2
Step 2

Transfer the sautéed wings to a pot with salted water and cook for 10 minutes.
- 3
Step 3

Add the finely chopped onion and grated carrot to the same skillet where the chicken wings were sautéed.
- 4
Step 4

Remove the wings from the broth and add the chopped potatoes to the broth to cook. Season the broth with salt and pepper to taste. After the potatoes, add the carrots and onions to the broth. Add tomato sauce and the meat stripped from the wings. Mix everything, simmer the soup for another 2–5 minutes — and it's ready.
