Soup with chicken meatballs
Description
Perfect for lunch. To make chicken meatball soup, you'll need ground chicken or chicken breast. Mince it, add an egg and salt, mix in some corn flour, then shape into small meatballs. Drop them into broth with boiled vegetables and cook until done. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream. Good luck!
