Soup with smoked chicken wings
Description
A hearty first course. This classic soup recipe with smoked chicken wings originated in Germany, where such rich "smoky" soups are very popular! As for me, I must say the taste is indeed unusual, but I enjoyed it—the milk eliminates the slightly bitter aftertaste that smoked ingredients can impart, making the soup aromatic and delicate. I highly recommend it. Ladle into bowls and serve.
