Sausage soup in a multicooker
Description
Perfect for lunch. Preparing sausage soup in a multicooker according to this recipe is incredibly easy. First, sauté the filling (which, by the way, is very little) and pour in previously prepared broth. If this broth contains pieces of meat, I guarantee the soup will be gone in no time. At the end, I recommend adding fresh herbs, a slice of lemon, and a little sour cream. Enjoy, and the soup is ready to serve.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Cook meat broth separately in a saucepan, preferably from beef bone. In a multicooker, sauté (frying mode - 10 minutes) onion, cut into cubes, in vegetable oil.
- 2
Step 2

Dice the pickled cucumber.
- 3
Step 3

And sausage.
- 4
Step 4

5 minutes before the end of the "frying" mode, add the chopped ingredients and a spoonful of tomato paste to the multicooker, and mix everything well.

Step 5

As soon as the "browning" mode ends, pour in the broth and set the "soup" mode for 60 minutes. During this time, never open the multicooker lid, otherwise the soup will turn out perfectly delicious.
