Soup with cabbage
Description
Hearty and aromatic soup. I first tried this cabbage soup at a friend's place when I was entrusted with feeding a little baby. He ate it with such pleasure that I wanted to try it too! That might have been the moment I first realized it was time to switch from heavy, filling meals to something lighter and healthier. After all, the best things should be enjoyed not only by children, but by us adults too :) Feel free to add garlic to the fried onions—it will enhance the aroma. And of course, seasonings and a dollop of sour cream will make this simple cabbage soup appealing to everyone! Well then, let me tell you how to make it. Ladle into bowls and serve.
