Soup with fried meat
Description
The soup is simple and quick to prepare. A simple trick—first sauté the meat and then add it to the soup—completely transforms the familiar taste of the dish, and of course, for the better! First, sauté the onion with the meat in a frying pan. Then simmer it with tomatoes and a small amount of water. Add chopped potatoes and carrots to the boiling water in a pot and cook for 10 minutes. Then add cabbage, and 5 minutes later, add the meat with tomatoes. Season with salt and spices if needed, bring to a boil. After a couple of minutes, remove from heat, stir in chopped fresh herbs, and let it steep slightly before serving. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.
