    Freshly collected boletus mushrooms need to be prepared and rid of bitterness before making soup. To do this, sort the mushrooms, remove any wormy ones, place them in a spacious container, and completely cover with cold water. Soak the mushrooms for 3 days, changing the water and gently rinsing them 2-3 times a day.

    Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making the milk cap mushroom soup. Peel and wash the vegetables.

    Cut the potatoes into medium julienne strips and place them in a pot.

    Cut half of the prepared mushrooms into pieces and place them in a pot with the potatoes. Pour cold water into the pot and set over medium heat. Simmer for 15 minutes over low heat after boiling. Remove any foam that forms.

    Finely chop the onion and grate the carrot on a medium grater. Pour vegetable oil into a skillet and heat over medium heat, then add the onion.

    Place the carrots into the pan with the onion.

    Chop the remaining boletus mushrooms and add them to the vegetables. Fry everything for 10 minutes, stirring.

    Add the sautéed vegetables and mushrooms to the pot with the potatoes and the other portion of the boletus mushrooms. Boiling and sautéing the boletus mushrooms will enhance their flavor, making it richer. Cook for another 10 minutes after boiling.
