
Soup with mushrooms and sausage
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This soup is incredibly delicious served with sour cream and croutons. Be sure to prepare it for your loved ones at lunchtime. It's best to use button mushrooms or oyster mushrooms, though wild mushrooms are also acceptable. When adding grains, make sure to consider their cooking times. The soup is ready to serve.

Prepare the listed ingredients. Peel the vegetables and rinse them in water.

Peel and rinse the potatoes, then cut them into medium cubes and place them in a pot. Pour in hot water and put the pot on the stove. Boil for about 12 minutes. If you want a more filling dish, add rinsed rice or pasta to the potatoes.

Rinse the mushrooms in water. Cut them into medium cubes and the onion into small pieces.

Sauté the mushrooms and onions in vegetable oil in a pan for about 3-4 minutes, until the liquid evaporates from the sliced mushrooms.
