Soup with meatballs and potatoes
Description
Meatball soup is a dish that cooks very quickly. There are many variations—using different vegetables and different grains. I'd like to offer you another way of preparing it. There was a time when my daughter refused to eat carrots in soup and would throw tantrums. So I found a solution—adding carrots right into the meatballs. And surely, no child can resist meatballs, right? :) Maybe you're in a similar situation? Then this recipe will definitely come in handy, as it explains how to do it.
