Prepare the ingredients for the soup. Use a blender to turn a piece of chicken fillet into minced meat. Put the water for the soup on the stove and bring to a boil.

Finely chop the peeled onion and carrot as finely as possible.

Finely chop the peeled potatoes.

Place the vegetables in boiling water, add a pinch of salt. Cook for 10 minutes.

With wet hands, roll small balls from the chicken mince. Season the mince lightly with salt beforehand. Remember that salt is not recommended for children.
