Trout Soup
Description
A hearty first course dish. For this soup, I use a store-bought salmon soup set. You can also use salmon fillet to avoid the hassle of cleaning bones. Serve the finished soup with fresh herbs and a piece of white bread or a roll. Good luck! The soup is ready to serve.
