Bean soup in a multicooker
Description
Today I want to tell you how to make bean soup in a multicooker. This delicious soup is loved by our entire family, especially my husband, as it's very hearty and rich. Let me also share a secret with you: I prefer making it in a multicooker because beans cook perfectly soft in a relatively short time, and all the ingredients absorb each other's flavors and aromas. Believe me, once you've tried making this soup in a multicooker, you'll never want to eat regular bean soup cooked in a regular pot again—the difference is quite noticeable. Now, I invite you to take a look at the detailed recipe for bean soup in a multicooker with photos. Serve the soup hot.
Instructions

Step 1

Place a small piece of butter into the multicooker bowl. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrot on a coarse grater, and add both to the multicooker. Set the "Baking" mode and set the time for 20 minutes.

Step 2

When the vegetables are sautéed and become soft, we add the pre-soaked beans into the multicooker. It's best to cover the beans with water the evening before cooking and leave them overnight.

Step 3

Then we need to pour in the water. I use approximately 2 liters of water for my multicooker. Set the "Stewing" mode and set the time for one hour.

Step 4

When the time is up, the multicooker will beep, which means we can add the chopped potatoes to the soup, season it with salt and pepper. Now set the "Stewing" mode again for another hour. Garnish the ready soup with chopped herbs and serve.
