
Soup with beans and corn
Description
A hearty first course. This soup can be prepared using any broth, or you can simply use water as a base. Add spices—paprika and dried garlic—for flavor. I also suggest using rice as the grain in this soup. Serve the finished soup with fresh herbs, and you may also add sour cream. The soup is ready to serve.

Prepare the ingredients.

Peel the onion and carrot, rinse the vegetables and dry them. Cut the onion into small cubes and slice the carrot into strips.

In a saucepan, heat the vegetable oil, add the onion and carrots, and fry for a few minutes.

Add corn to the saucepan. You can use canned or frozen corn.

Add the beans to the pot next.

Add salt, pepper, paprika, and bay leaf to the beans.

Pour hot water over all the ingredients and bring to a boil.
