
Soup with farfalle and mushrooms
Description
The soup is simple and quick to prepare. Making this soup is not difficult. The ingredients used include: carrots, chicken, wheat flour, clarified butter, eggs, and mushrooms.

1. Let's prepare the farfelle. Break the chicken egg into the sifted flour, add salt, and knead the dough (the dough should be firm). Do not add more than one eggshell's worth of water.

2. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for about an hour. Then grate the dough on a coarse grater. Carefully spread out the grated farfel to let it dry. Gently separate any clumps of the finished farfel.

3. Cook broth from the chicken. Add peeled carrots and onion to the chicken, along with parsley, whole allspice, bay leaf, and parsley.

4. Peel the carrots and cut them into thin strips. Cut the mushrooms into two to eight pieces.

5. Sauté the mushrooms in melted butter over high heat. Then reduce the heat to minimum and simmer the mushrooms for about thirty-five minutes. Push the mushrooms to one side and sauté the carrots in the same pan.

6. Remove the chicken from the broth, add mushrooms to the broth, then add farfalle. Cook for five to seven minutes, adding carrots at the very end of cooking. We can serve now.
