Description
Hearty and aromatic soup. Today I will tell and show you. Serve with herbs and sour cream.

Step 1
Bring the water to a boil. Add salt to it. Then add the peeled and chopped potatoes. Reduce the heat to the minimum.

Now add salt, spices, chopped onion, washed rice, and egg to the minced meat. Mix the filling well.

Roll the minced meat into "hedgehogs" using a teaspoon. Drop them into the soup.

Boil the soup for another 15 minutes after the water comes to a boil. Add the herbs.
