Lentil and carrot soup
Description
Perfect for lunch. Lentils have held a top spot in cooking for centuries. They are used as a side dish, as well as a filling for pies. I suggest making a delicious soup with lentils and carrots. Soup made from this type of legume turns out rich and filling. We'll use red lentils, as they cook faster and soften better. Once you've prepared this dish, you can be sure the whole family will enjoy it and ask for seconds.
