Broccoli and Apple Soup
Description
The soup is prepared in a fasting version, so you can use either water or any light vegetable broth. Don't forget to peel the apple beforehand—this will make the soup not only tasty but incredibly tender. You can use either fresh or frozen cabbage for the recipe. Any apple variety will work, but it's best to choose those with a distinct tartness. Overall, the dish is simple to prepare; I recommend making it to diversify your daily menu.
