
Fish soup with mushrooms
Description
Hearty and aromatic soup. For this fish and mushroom soup, you can use any boneless fish; it's best if it's ready-made fillet of pollock, hake, or any other fish of your choice. Both fresh and frozen mushrooms will work well. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.

1. Prepare the ingredients. Chop the onion and mushrooms, peel the potatoes.

2. Cut the potatoes into pieces. Bring the soup water to a boil.

3. Boil the potatoes with salt and root vegetables until half-cooked.

4. Fry the onions and mushrooms in oil until cooked.
