
Simple Fish Soup
Description
Hearty and aromatic soup. When choosing fish for soup, I prefer sea fish; today it's hake soup. It's boneless, skinless, cooks quickly, and has a pleasant fish flavor. Ladle into bowls and serve.

1. Prepare the ingredients for the soup. Peel the vegetables and wash them under running water. Defrost the fish. If the fish is fresh, fillet it, discarding the bones and skin.

2. Cut the fish into pieces.

3. Prepare the vegetables for cooking: grate the carrots and finely chop the onion.

4. Cut the potatoes into straws or pieces.

5. Season the soup water with salt to taste, bring to a boil, and add the vegetables. Cook for 10 minutes.

6. Add the pieces of fish to the soup and cook for another 15 minutes.
