Rice soup in a multicooker
Description
Perfect for lunch. To make your lunch healthy and nutritious, I suggest trying this classic recipe for rice soup cooked in a multicooker. Let's divide the cooking process into steps: 1. Prepare the meat. Wash it in cold water and cut into small pieces. 2. Take an onion, peel it, and chop into cubes or rings, as preferred. 3. Wash the carrot, peel it, and grate on a grater. 4. Rinse the rice. Keep rinsing until the water runs clear—this will take 3 to 5 changes of water. 5. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. 6. Prepare the fresh herbs in advance. Herbs are added in the last few minutes of cooking. Wash them in cold water, chop finely, and set aside until needed. 7. Use the multicooker. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl and set to the "Baking" mode. 8. Add onion and carrot one after another. Continuously stir the vegetables to prevent burning. 9. Add the meat to the bowl. Place it in slices, then sprinkle the rice on top. 10. Now add the potatoes. Place the bay leaves on top. 11. Finally, add spices and salt to taste, pour water into the bowl, and set the multicooker to the "Stewing" mode for 1.5 hours. 12. When the multicooker finishes stewing, add the chopped herbs into the bowl, cover with the lid, and let it sit for five minutes. 13. The soup is ready and can now be served.
