Soup in a multicooker
Description
A hearty first course. Traditionally, this dish is made with pearl barley, but unfortunately not everyone likes it, so as an alternative I suggest using rice. The brine from pickles is quite an important ingredient, as it gives the soup the necessary tanginess and piquancy. Serve the soup hot.
