Soup
Description
The recipe won't take much time. "Pashket" soup is made with chicken meat baked in the oven. The thick, hearty soup slowly simmers underneath the bread, which in turn becomes saturated with its aroma. Usually, nothing is added to the soup except potatoes and onions, but if desired, you can add rice or carrots. You can use any spices, but I find garlic sufficient—the aroma and flavor of which make the bread incredibly delicious. The bottom part of the bread steams and turns out very fluffy and tender. Serve the soup hot.
