
Pork bone soup
Description
Hearty and aromatic soup. The soup made with bones turns out rich and very filling. It's a great option for a lunchtime first course. It's very easy to prepare using common ingredients. You can cook it with potatoes, rice, or pasta. Serve the soup hot, garnished with fresh herbs. Ladle into bowls and serve.

1. First, I wash the meat and put it into a pot, pour in water, and place it on the stove. After it comes to a boil, I skim off the foam and simmer the broth over low heat for about 80–90 minutes. I take out the bone, cut off the meat, and return the meat to the pot.

2. Peel and wash the onion and carrot, then chop and add to the prepared broth, add spices to taste, salt, and add a bay leaf.

3. Peel, wash, and finely dice the potatoes, add them to the boiling broth, and cook for 10-15 minutes. Then add the orzo and cook for another 10 minutes.

4. I add finely chopped herbs to the ready soup, adjust the taste, and turn off the heat. Serve the soup hot.
