Soup on meat broth
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This soup is very filling, as it contains pasta and meat, and is cooked on a base of meat and bones. You can use chicken, beef, or any other meat to your taste—the only difference will be the fat content of the resulting broth. A generous amount of fresh herbs together with boiled egg give the soup a rich and interesting flavor.

Step 1

1. Thoroughly wash the chicken meat, remove any feathers, and place it in a pot. Pour in boiling water and set it on the stove. Peel and wash the carrot, cut into small pieces, and add to the pot. Wash the onion and cut off the green leaves, adding them to the broth. Simmer until the meat is fully cooked, skimming off the foam, for 30-35 minutes.
