Description
A hearty first course. The soup of wisdom is very simple and quick to prepare, and the dish is quite diet-friendly. Suitable for both adults and children. It provides good satiety and warmth, which is important during winter. It's best to use non-sweet varieties of pumpkin. Chicken fillet can be replaced with beef or veal. Serve the soup hot.

Prepare the ingredients for the soup.

Wash the chicken fillet and cut it into cubes. Lightly coat in flour and place in a frying pan.

Pour 2 tablespoons of refined sunflower oil and lightly fry the chicken fillet on all sides.

Then place the meat in a pot and add water.

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into cubes. Add to the soup. Start boiling.
