Milk soup with verpushki
Description
Hearty and aromatic soup. This milk soup with rotini pasta takes only 20 minutes to prepare. Use high-quality, fresh milk to prevent curdling when boiling. You can use any pasta you like; in this recipe, we use rotini, which requires at least 7 minutes of cooking. This soup is perfect for serving to children in the morning or as an afternoon snack, and adults will enjoy it too—it's delicious even cold, making it a great alternative to cold soups during hot weather. The soup is ready to serve.

3. Check the package to see how long your chosen pasta needs to cook. In this recipe, it's rotini, and I cook them for at least 7 minutes over low heat.

Step 4

4. It's better when the pasta is slightly undercooked (it will continue to absorb liquid while resting, so keep this in mind when determining the quantity). Add a little butter to the plate.

5. Let the soup cool slightly, then serve. In our family, we even eat it cold during the summer.
