Description
The recipe won't take much time. This healthy, nutritious, and delicious Korean soup, "Miyeokguk," is traditionally served to a new mother after childbirth. Often, this soup is served to guests on birthdays, so that everyone present can reflect on their love for their mother, the person who gave birth to and raised them. Ladle into bowls and serve.

Prepare the necessary ingredients. Brown dried wakame seaweed is ideal for the soup. Wash the beef and dry thoroughly.

Cut the beef into thin strips about 2 millimeters thick, then cut into cubes about 2 centimeters in size. Place in a deep bowl, add minced garlic and almost a teaspoon of soy sauce. Mix thoroughly and let marinate for a few minutes.

Pour cold water over the seaweed, leave for about 30 minutes, until it swells well.

Heat sesame oil in a saucepan, add the beef, and quickly sear on all sides for about 2 minutes.

Rinse the seaweed to remove sand, transfer it to a pot with the beef, and sauté together for another 3 minutes.

Pour in the water, and as soon as it boils, reduce the heat and simmer the soup for about 20 minutes.
