Here are some of our vegetables for the soup. I'm showing them to you so you can see their size.

We will peel and wash the vegetables, cut them into small cubes, and place them into separate bowls.

We will cook the soup in a heavy-bottomed pot and sauté the vegetables in the same pot. Heat the pot with oil and sauté the onion and carrots until soft.

Add the celery and pour in one and a half cups of hot water. Cover with a lid and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Don't forget to stir our vegetables.

Add the sliced cabbage. You can cut it into thin strips or slightly wider ones. Add another cup of hot water. Simmer for about 5 minutes.

Add the potatoes and mix.

About 10 minutes after adding the potatoes, put the chopped tomatoes into the pot. Cook for 5-8 minutes.

Add zucchini and salt. Reduce the heat and cook for about 7 minutes. Add a little more water if necessary. But remember, the soup should be thick.

And the final step: add the boiled beans and spices. Cook for about 5 minutes, adjusting the taste. Then turn off the heat and let the soup steep for 15 minutes.
