Soup
Description
The soup is easy and quick to prepare. To make "Chicken Noodle Soup," you can make the noodles yourself—check the recipe on the website. If you don't have time or desire, you can always buy ready-made noodles. There are even stores selling homemade noodles—I usually buy mine there. The soup turns out very light. You can add some seasonal vegetables to make it more hearty. Serve it in bowls and enjoy.
Instructions

Step 1

Place the chicken in a pot to boil. If the chicken weighs approximately one and a half kilograms, cook it in a three-liter pot. You can add a whole onion, which will make both the broth and the chicken more flavorful. Cook for about an hour, remembering to skim off the foam to keep the broth clear.

Step 2

Once the chicken is cooked, remove it and let it cool. Cut the carrots into strips and the onion into cubes. Add the vegetables to the broth and cook for about 10-15 minutes. Then add the potatoes, cut into cubes.

Step 3

After another 10 minutes, add the noodles. Cook until done. Season with salt and add spices to taste.

Step 4

Serve the ready-made "Chicken Noodle" soup with boiled chicken meat added. I recommend sprinkling it with herbs.
