Description
A hearty and aromatic soup. You can prepare "Krasnodarsky" soup using any meat broth. However, to make the broth richer and more flavorful, it's best to use meat on the bone. The soup turns out light, yet filling and nutritious, making it perfect for the whole family. Serve hot in bowls.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Place the meat in water, add bay leaf, peppercorns (and any spices to taste), and start cooking the meat broth. Don't forget to skim off the foam after it comes to a boil.

While the broth is cooking, prepare the remaining ingredients. Sauté onions and carrots in vegetable oil until soft. The cut can be any.

Cut the tomatoes in half and grate them on a grater (you can remove the skin; we only need the pulp). Dice the bell pepper or cut into small strips. Rinse the rice thoroughly.

When the meat is ready, take it out and remove it from the bones.

Strain the broth and return it to the pot, add salt, meat, and rice. Cook until the rice is done.

5-7 minutes before cooking is complete, add the sautéed vegetables, tomato flesh, and bell pepper. At the very end, add chopped garlic and fresh herbs. Turn off the heat, cover the pot with a lid, and let it steep for 10-15 minutes. The "Krasnodar" soup is ready.
