
Potato soup with fish

Hearty and aromatic soup. Here is a simple recipe for potato soup with fish. First, you need to cook a broth using prepared hake. Then add potatoes and carrots to the broth. A little later, add sautéed vegetables, millet, and greens. Let the finished soup steep before serving. Good luck. Serve the soup hot.

Thaw the fish and rinse it under cold water. Remove the fins, bones, head, and any other unnecessary parts. Cut the fish into portion-sized pieces. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and place the hake into it. Skim off the foam and simmer the broth for 20 minutes.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.

We also peel the carrots and onions. Finely chop the onion and slice the carrots into rounds.
