
Soup of Charles the Fifth
Description
Perfect for lunch. This is a classic recipe for King Charles V's soup. The soup belongs to traditional French cuisine and is made from a rather interesting set of ingredients. Beef is marinated in soy sauce and red wine, then seared. The broth is prepared from this same meat and a mixture of sautéed vegetables. Have a wonderful day. The soup is ready to serve.

Cut the meat into small pieces.

Now mix the meat with soy sauce and wine. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Cut the onion into half-rings.

Cut the bell pepper into strips.
