Mushroom soup from frozen oyster mushrooms
Description
Hearty and aromatic soup. I want to share with you a simple recipe for soup made with frozen oyster mushrooms. Treat yourself to a hot, fragrant soup. 1. Cook the mushrooms. Place the oyster mushrooms in a saucepan, cover with cold water, and set over medium heat. Bring to a boil, skim off the foam, and cook for 15 minutes. Then drain the water, rinse the mushrooms, cover again with cold water, add salt, and cook for 1 hour. This step removes heavy metals, which mushrooms easily absorb from the soil. Remove the cooked mushrooms from the water. 2. Rinse the meat, cut into portion-sized pieces, place in another saucepan, and cook for 40 minutes, skimming off the foam. 3. Add diced potatoes to the meat broth and cook for 20 minutes. 4. In a frying pan, sauté finely chopped onion and grated carrot on coarse grater. 5. Add the cooked mushrooms, sautéed vegetables, and sliced bell pepper to the soup. Cook for 10 minutes. Remove the soup from heat and serve with sour cream. Garnish with fresh herbs and sour cream.
