
Duck soup in a multicooker
Description
Perfect for lunch. The duck soup turns out light due to the absence of potatoes. If you prefer such soups with potatoes, add them together with the noodles and carrots, previously cut into thin strips. Serve the soup hot.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Rinse the soup set. Place it in the multicooker bowl. Peel the onion and carrot, cut them into 4 pieces, and add to the bowl. Pour in 1.5 liters of water. Set the "Soup" mode and cook for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

While the broth is cooking, prepare the noodle dough. In a bowl, mix the egg with a pinch of salt and flour.

Knead a firm dough. Shape it into a ball and refrigerate until you're ready to make the noodles.

After the time has elapsed, remove the cooked duck, onion, and carrot from the broth. Strain the broth.

Take the dough out of the refrigerator. Divide it into 4 parts. Roll each part into thin, almost transparent sheets. Cut them into noodles.

Grate the boiled carrots on a fine grater or mash them with a fork. Remove the meat from the soup set and chop it finely. Prepare the noodles.

Place the carrots, duck meat, and noodles into the broth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Set the "Soup" mode for 40 minutes.
