
Milk cap mushroom soup
Description
A fragrant soup made from fresh boletus mushrooms is very easy to prepare. Rinse the mushrooms and boil them for 15 minutes, then slice into strips. Add the mushrooms to water, bring to a boil, and add potatoes. After 5 minutes, add sautéed onion, followed by carrots and spices. Cook for another 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let it steep for 15–20 minutes before serving. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.

Rinse and boil the mushrooms for 15 minutes.

Then slice the boletus mushrooms into strips, pour 3.5 liters of water over them, and bring to a boil. After that, add salt and add the diced potatoes.

Add it to the soup 5 minutes after the potatoes. 10 minutes later, add the carrots and spices. After 5 more minutes, remove from heat and let it steep for 15-20 minutes before serving.
