The soup is simple and quick to prepare. Using this easy recipe, you can cook soup from any dried mushrooms. In our family, during mushroom season, we traditionally go to the forest, and for some reason, our baskets always end up full of boletus mushrooms. We dry them in the cottage on the stove. And in winter, we make soup from dried boletus mushrooms. The soup is ready to serve.
