Description
A hearty first course. I once decided to have a meatless day and cooked a soup with dried chanterelles for lunch. The dish turned out to be exceptionally filling and delicious. It brought back memories of summer, the forest, and the heat. The soup also warmed me up nicely. Highly recommended.
