
Mushroom soup from dried mushrooms
Description
The soup is simple and quick to prepare. Pour boiling water over the dried mushrooms. Use as much water as you intend to use for the soup. Sauté the onion and carrots in oil in a frying pan. Mix everything together, add pasta or potatoes, and cook until the pasta or potatoes are done. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.

Wash the mushrooms and pour hot water over them.

Finely chop the onion.

Grate the carrot on a coarse grater. You can use a grater for Korean-style carrots.

Sauté the onion lightly in vegetable oil, then add the carrots. Simmer for 5-7 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.

Remove the mushrooms from the water and rinse them again under running water. Cut them into pieces.

Strain the water in which the mushrooms soaked and put it on the stove. Add the sliced mushrooms to it.

When the water in the pot comes to a boil, reduce the heat to medium.

Add the carrots and onions to the soup and let it boil for 20 minutes.

Break the spaghetti into pieces.

And 20 minutes after adding the onion and carrots, put the spaghetti into the pot. Add salt to taste and cook until the spaghetti is done. Let the soup sit for a few minutes, then serve in bowls and top each portion with a little sour cream.
