
Mackerel soup

Thaw the horse mackerel (most likely you'll buy it frozen), or if it's fresh, just wash it.

While the fish is thawing, wash and peel the vegetables needed for the soup.

Chop the onion and carrot, and open a can of canned tomatoes.

The mackerel has already thawed. It needs to be gutted, the head and fins removed, washed, and placed in a small amount of salted water to boil.

Place a sprig of parsley in a saucepan and cook the fish for 10 minutes. Then remove and let it cool.
