
Sour pickle soup
Description
The soup is simple and quick to prepare. Similar soup recipes can be found in many countries, and this soup is very popular in numerous cafes. It's especially suitable after a wild celebration when you've overdone it with alcohol. Refreshing and slightly sour in taste, it features plenty of broth. The ingredients are enough to make a large pot, so there will be plenty for everyone. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.

Slice the pickled cucumbers into thin pieces, peel and wash the potatoes, then cut them into small pieces.

Pour broth (any kind) into a saucepan, place over heat, add the prepared potatoes and pickled cucumbers. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to minimum and cook for 10 minutes.

Form small meatballs from the minced meat and add them to the soup.

Mix the milk with the flour, pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil, then add the brine and remove from heat.
