Sweet pepper soup
Description
Sweet pepper soup can be prepared either with water or chicken broth. If using chicken broth, add only one or two tablespoons of vegetable oil to the sauté mixture instead of three. Let the soup steep so all ingredients blend well; allow the finished soup to stand covered on the stove for a while. You can also substitute soy sauce with tomato paste if you prefer. Good luck! Serve the soup hot.

Slice the onion into half-rings, cut the carrot into strips, and sauté everything in vegetable oil for 5 minutes.

Cut the pepper into strips.

Pour chicken broth into a saucepan, add onion and carrot, pepper, grated zest of half a lemon, and spices. Cook for 7 minutes. Then add lemon juice and soy sauce, along with spices. Place chicken pieces into a bowl.
