Description

The soup is simple and quick to prepare. Probably, everyone is used to traditional fish soup. I personally prefer various pureed soups or cream soups. Why not make something similar with fish? The main thing is that the fish should have few bones. Smoked mackerel gives the dish a special piquancy. Clean it from scales in advance and cut into medium-sized pieces. To prepare mackerel soup, you'll also need milk (don't be surprised) and cream, preferably high-fat. However, you can substitute the cream with sour cream. The soup is ready to serve.
