Description
Perfect for lunch. I'll show you. Serve with herbs and sour cream.

Step 1
Pour chicken broth into a saucepan. Cut the potatoes into pieces and add to the broth for 5-10 minutes.

Now add the spinach to the pot. Season with salt and cook for about 5 minutes.

Beat the egg and pour it into our soup, stirring gradually.

Before serving, add two halves of a boiled egg and a spoonful of sour cream to the soup.
