Lamb skewer soup
Description
The soup turns out very hearty and thick due to the vegetable purée, with an amazing smoky aroma. Bell pepper paste is a reduced purée made from roasted peppers. If you don't have it on hand, simply substitute with roasted or fresh peppers. You can use any meat for the shashlik, but it tastes best when made with pork neck. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.
