
Salmon and shrimp soup
Description
A hearty first course. This dish requires salmon and shrimp. It's very easy to prepare, and turns out delicious and aromatic. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.

1. First, thaw the salmon backbone, then rinse it thoroughly. Pour in cold water and start boiling, skimming off the foam periodically. Cook for fifteen to twenty minutes after it starts boiling.

2. Now thaw the shrimp, then peel them. Peel and julienne the carrots. Take the asparagus beans out of the freezer.

3. Pour the strained broth over the carrots. Add soy sauce. Bring to a boil, then simmer for about three minutes over low heat. Peel and cut into thin strips.

4. Add beans and potatoes to the broth. Let it boil for about five minutes. Wash and chop the napa cabbage. Add the cabbage to the other vegetables. Salt the soup, add spices, and put the shrimp into the soup. Cook for another four minutes.

5. Chop parsley, dill, and green onions. Peel the cooked salmon and remove the bones.

6. Add the fish and onion. Bring to a boil and turn off the heat. The dish is ready.
