
Fish Head Soup
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can cook the soup using any type of fish (or fish heads) with the addition of vegetables and grain. Most often, millet, semolina, or barley are used. Serve in bowls and enjoy.

1. Prepare the ingredients for the soup. Wash and peel all the vegetables. Process the fish heads thoroughly, removing all scales, gills, and rinse well to remove any blood.

2. Cut the vegetables for the soup.

3. Place the fish heads into cold salted water and cook for 10 minutes.

4. Add vegetables to the fish broth. Cook for another 15-20 minutes.

5. Gradually pour in the semolina in a thin stream, constantly stirring the soup to prevent lumps from forming. Cook for another 5 minutes.

6. At the end of cooking, add finely chopped herbs. Simmer for 1 minute and turn off the heat.

7. Fish head soup is ready. When cooking the soup, consider the type of fish used—soups made from fatty fish will be more caloric. Enjoy your meal!
