Pelmeni Soup
Description
Perfect for lunch. I'm offering you one of the simplest versions of this dish. You could call it "bachelor's soup" or "when the wife is not at home." I think this quick soup will save many people. The only things that need to be cooked in it are dumplings and potatoes, which takes just 20 minutes. A great solution for those who don't have much time. Serve the soup hot.

When the vegetables are ready, add the chopped tomato. Simmer everything together for 2 minutes.

Then add the dumplings. Stir the soup so they don't stick to the bottom. Cook everything until done.

At the very end, add the sauté. Cook for another 4 minutes. Serve the soup with fresh herbs.
