Dandelion and nettle soup
Description
Hearty and aromatic soup. Choose young dandelion leaves for the soup. You can remove the longitudinal stems from the leaves, as the bitterness is mainly concentrated in the stems. Pour boiling water over the nettle, then pick and chop it; after being scalded with boiling water, the nettle will not sting. Serve in bowls and enjoy.
