
Beef meat soup
Description
Perfect for lunch. Cut the meat into pieces. Finely chop the onion and carrot. Place the meat in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. When boiling, skim off the foam with a ladle. Simmer the meat over low heat for about 30 minutes. Fry the onion and carrot. Add potatoes to the pot, then after 15-20 minutes add the sautéed vegetables. Cook for another 7-8 minutes.

Place the meat cut into pieces into a saucepan.

Grate the carrot on a grater. Cut the onion into cubes.

Peel the potatoes. Cut them into cubes. Pour boiling water over the potatoes and meat and put them to boil. Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add the carrots to the onion and sauté together.

When the potatoes are almost ready, add the sautéed mixture to the soup. Cook everything together for another 5-7 minutes. Add salt and spices to the soup. Cook until the vegetables are fully done.
