Nettle soup with young nettle

   Rinse the greens thoroughly under running water. Then chop them coarsely with a sharp knife. Peel the onion and slice it into half-rings or any other way convenient for you.

   Take a large pot. Pour a little vegetable oil into it. Heat the pot over low heat and sauté the nettle in it.

   Then pour the broth and cream into the saucepan. Bring everything to a boil and cook for five minutes. Turn off the heat and let the contents of the saucepan steep.

   Meanwhile, dilute the flour in water. Pour it into the soup and quickly mix everything. When the soup thickens, turn it off. Serve into bowls, adding chicken meat, egg, and sour cream.
